I am Meghan. I am an artist in Tampa, FL and my inspiration for my art is and always has been all around me. Florida. Water. Foliage. Greens, browns, blues and just about every texture that can be imagined. I am fascinated with water and the many forms, shapes and colors it creates and takes on. The thing that most mesmerizes me is its most familiar form - water. liquidity, sheen. Sometimes the clarity attracts my eye, but sometimes the murkiness arouses my suspcioun of what lies underneath the sparkling surface.

I use acrylic paint and PlexiGlass as my medium and the results are amazing. You can ask anyone who knows me and they will gladly tell you I do NOT pat myself on the back! I am really happy with what I do and am quite proud of my most recent work. My most recent show involved the many waters of Florida (Works of Water); from the cool, clear springs, to the mucky, tanin brown waters of the estuaries and coveted everglades unique to our Florida's land- and water-scapes.
